You cannot go wrong with micro ingredients supplements. The odorless aged garlic 7,500 mg is a personal fav. Now they say they're odorless but they do smell like garlic. But when you open a supplement and you can smell them that's how you know you have a good one . I will be honest you can burp these as they are a very strong supplement. Pro tip is of course eat it with food or pop them in the freezer. I keep some in the freezer at all times. When you freeze them it allows the capsule to get further into your digestive tract, which is what you want, and once it is further in your digestive tract you won't be as likely to get the garlic burps. You've never taken this High milligram of garlic I suggest starting off slow. One in the morning with food. If you find that it upsets your stomach try taking it at night before you go to sleep. And most definitely pop them in the freezer it has made such a huge difference for me. Micro ingredients is a wonderful supplement for the quality and the money.

Highly recommend! Don’t be fold by the knock offs with similar packaging. Micro Ingredients contain premium ingredients. I initially bought a knock off until I realized it wasn’t micro ingredients. I then purchased micro ingredients. As soon as I opened the bag, you could smell the garlic. You cannot smell the garlic with the knock off brand that looked very similar to this product. Same pricing, similar packaging, but don’t be fold. Micro ingredients is by far premium. No stomach upset, and my husband swears by them. Very easy to swallow, and my husband is convinced that they are very effective. I do have started taking them and I believe in micro ingredients. I will only purchase from this company.

These don’t upset stomach or have after taste. Don’t know if they do any good but garlic is recommended by lots of health folks and this is a way to take it.
