Nice plates
Wash with Dawn dish soap and hot water. Set in the FL sun for two days... smell goes away.. Nice plates, have the whole set...

Great deal. Strong initial smell
Somehow these were on sale for less than $0.50/per lb, so I couldn't not buy them. When you first unpack them, your house will smell like a tire shop for about 3 days so I recommend if you're sensitive to stong smells you leave them in a well ventilated area or outside for a couple days

Excellent choice for weight plates
High quality rubber coating! These plates are much easier to grab and move around. The coating makes them feel much more stable in your hand.

Very nice product, we build our home gym and its so good. Smells a bit because of outer cover. Material is good

Will buy again, be aware with smell.
Quality is really good, design is nice, easy to grabbing. Fits perfect with my curl dumbbell. 4-star becouse of that smell. I hope that will disappear after few weeks. Be aware if you working in small room.

Good quality for the cost, repeat buyer
These have been great for the cost. I have a dozen in assorted sizes now, and none have any blemishes or imperfections with the rubber coating. I wash them with dish soap and have to let them off-gas a little bit when I get them (arrive oily and they stink). I’ve used them for farmer carries and setting them down on rough surfaces doesn’t chew up the rubber too bad, pretty durable and very comfortable.
