Slam Ball, No-Bounce Ball for Exercise, Cross Training and Core Strength Workout 12lbs - Triangle Black

I intended just to buy the 10lb ball, but the 30lb was on sale, so I bought both. This is a great pair of balls. They function exactly as I'd hoped. The 10lb ball is great for doing slams, while the 30lb ball may be heavy for slams but it's great for picking up and holding on to during squats, lunges, carries and more. The grip is excellent and the balls seem very durable. Having both a 10lb and 30lb provides a good range of uses, it's a great pairing. My balls are a little different than what's pictured in the product photos, but in a good way. They have a star, which I think is the Yes4All logo. But they don't have the literal text "Yes4All". I think they look better like this, with just the star, so I'm very happy with these balls. The attached photo of my balls shows how they have the star logo without the logo text. Note that these are not blue balls, instead the blue in my photo is just a reflection from the LED lights in the room. If I could just have one ball, it would be the 10 lb, as I think it covers a broader range of uses, but am glad to have a pair of balls instead, and I highly recommend the Yes4All slam balls.

I've been thoroughly enjoying using the slam ball in my office at work. It's a fantastic stress-reliever and a convenient way to squeeze in a quick workout during breaks. The solid construction and ergonomic design make it comfortable to handle, and it's surprisingly effective for a range of exercises. Plus, it's a discreet addition to my office that keeps me active and energized throughout the day.

It's a good slam ball. It's the color I chose. It is exactly the weight I chose (25 lbs), which for me offers good resistance in a number of warm-up exercises without over doing it. The ball is pretty durable, I'm not an acrobat so I haven't tried standing on it, but it feels really good to put your weight on it for certain exercises. The softness of it makes it easy to grip. The tread on it makes it a pretty good massage tool. It does have some bounce, and I saw some negative comments about that, but after using it, I think it's really just enough bounce to keep you from breaking your floor tile when you drop it. The sound it makes when it thuds the tiled cement floor on my porch is very satisfying. It provides good, inexpensive, simple, straightforward prework / warm-up type of workout to get you out of bed and ready for the day, and/or relaxing nightcap workout.

Used this ball last night for the first time and love it. The quality and durability is high end. It’s a great challenging workout but I would highly recommend this product and company!! I’m going to buy the 40 lb soon!

This exercise ball is great. The ridges on the ball allows one to get a good grip. I lift the ball over my head while engaging my core , the weight really helps to engage the core muscles.

Good value for the $10 I paid.

This medium weight ball is great for isometric workouts. I enjoy rolling it, tossing it, and using my own body weight to train with it. It has been a great relief to find a new routine in my exercise journey. My favorite is to use it with Russian twists.
