Easy to install, looks amazing! Plug in play. Except the back up light. Which I ran over to tail light and put it in the bulb socket.

Easy install except that the electrical connector was too short, had to buy an adaptor to reach the flat 4 pin connector on the truck. Placing the wiring to come from the center would make this much easier to install.

This worked out of the box (bag really). I already had one on the back of my Jeep Wrangler, so it was just a matter of swapping wires and sticking the LEDs onto my bracket. This product is simple, it is as described and shown in the pictures. It is bright and visible with a left, right, brake, and a back up light function. That’s what I needed, it’s straight forward.The taillights of a 2004 Wrangler is dim and even worse if the sun is hitting the tail end. I swapped out the taillights when I first got the Jeep, so they’re not too dim now. The tailgate light helps tell people I’m turning or braking because some people need bright LEDs shining at them to get their attention.Anyway, if you’re looking for a set of simple tailgate lights that light up red like those of simple taillights, this one is for you. They’re not sequential, just a string of solid on and solid off LEDs.I have to tell you though, they are not like the ones pictured. I was hoping for closed smooth ends like they show in the pictures, but they’re not. They’re like every other one with the black cap fill with caulking of some sort.

Did not work with my 21 f150, 08 ranger, or 15 edge. When place on any vehicle it would confuse vehicle and make all lights malfunction.When connect directly to a battery the strip works fine. They are in trash now.
