Helpful
This mask has been helpful for headaches. It cools the entire face. My son and I used them while feverish and they were helpful due to the straps that keep the mask on while moving around. The fit is standard and all pieces are easy to apply.

Super great!
We purchase this mask to help my son with his eczema flare ups. He loved the color, and the softness behind didn't irritate his skin. He loved the cooling effect, he was so excited to try it on. The size is a bit big for him. We knew that, that would be a possibility but it still helps reduce his puffiness. I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant to take a chance on this one seeing all the pictures of the mask popping, etc. But I'm glad we went for it. He has loved his mask.

I like the product overall, especially for the price, but it shows it comes with the half moon under eye puffiness reducers and they were not included.

Bought this for my daughter to use after her double jaw surgery. It helped so much with her swelling. I also use for migraines.

Loses coldness in less than 5 minutes
It does what it's supposed to do, but it doesn't stay cold very long. It only stays cold for a few minutes.

Missing full order, waiting for replacement.
I ordered but missing multiple items. I’m waiting for a replacement in the mail for the full order. I only received face mask, eye mask, and 2 circle pads. Missing 2 circle pad, under eye and storage bag. On a side note, these are pretty awesome, great material, super soft fabric side. I will defiantly be happy once I receive all pieces.
