I use mustard in several recipes and sauces, used to buy a small tin from a supermarket, this is far more economic and same quality.

Making your own can beat it

Great flavour and will be good value as it is a large tin. However, the mustard powder spills out when opening the tin, so you need to be careful. In fact, the box in which it arrived had mustard powder in it because the top doesn’t close properly.

Great value compared with small tin at local supermarket, if you use on a regular basis

The finest on the market in the UK Have used for years and have had no problems. Great mixed with cheese in Scones for example
