Great for home gyms
These foam tiles are great, I have 100kg bench press set on top of them and they have not dented my carpet. The only thing is the tiles have separated a bit but it's easy enough to move everything off and fix them and put the bench press back on to

Excellent Value - Very Hard Wearing
Purchased this to protect my floor from an exercise cycle. It is great - interlocking so you can vary the shape and position and very sturdy. No marks on the floor at all!
