This infrared sauna tent exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick and easy, and the frame feels sturdy and well-made. The interior space is comfortable, with excellent heat retention and privacy once fully zipped. The infrared heating warms up fast and produces a great sweat. After each session, I feel more relaxed and less tense, especially in my shoulders and back. It’s been very helpful for relieving fatigue and improving overall relaxation. The built-in light is a nice touch and makes it convenient to use at night. Overall, this is a great at-home sauna solution that saves both time and money. Excellent value for the price and highly recommended.

UPDATE 11/8/24 - Changing my rating to 5 stars. This sauna has been a true blessing. While I wish it had some insulation, I must say it really is a great product. I love how easy and fast it is to set up. I love that it gets hot and I am able to have some great sweating sessions. Exactly what I needed and totally affordable. I had to come back and update my review considering how much I use the sauna and have been getting such tremendous value out of it. ORIGINAL REVIEW — I will admit I was skeptical about this product. So I am surprised that I like it. I have used it three times now and I’ve had a very good experience. It got hot very fast although it doesn’t go over 149 degrees. Assembly was very easy. The chair included is total trash. Small and definitely not for an adult body. The unit itself is small as well. I’m around 5’1” and can barely stand up inside. I like the idea of the foot pad but I’ve opted not to use it my last two sauna sessions. Overall it’s a decent infrared sauna tent. I think they can improve the product. But for the price I am fairly content. Note: there is no insulation but if you want to get your sweat on it will do the job.

This actually works, and is pretty easy to assemble. I put it together in under 10 minutes, and you can probably assemble it in 5 once you've done it a few times, and disassemble in 3-5 mins. All you're really doing is assembling the pipes & zipping it around the frame. I set it up to 145F on the first use and gave it 15 mins to warm up. The air inside doesn't get super hot, but with the infrared heating it does warm you up. I was in a full body sweat after 5 minutes. It's an inexpensive option, so I wouldn't compare it to a full wooden sauna experience, but (for the money) it does give you a reasonable copy of that in a portable size that you can throw under a bed when you're not using it. I'm 6'3" and I did fit inside. The chair is inexpensive and low, you can always put a different chair in there if you want. There's sort of a 'this is what being a microwave gas station burrito feels like' aspect to it, but it does work to heat you up. I used it ~ 2 hours before bed, took a shower after & slept better that nigh than the night before, fwiw. Light inside is easily bright enough to read with.

I'm pleasantly surprised so far. Got it set up quickly, instructions were straight forward, turned on easily, heated up nicely! I'm 6'0" 215 lbs and there was plenty of space inside for me. I wouldn't be able to stand up, but sitting is comfortable, even in the provided chair. I stayed in for about 30 and the heat kept extremely well. I'm pleased - it's great for tight space and an inexpensive alternative to a full sized, wooden dry sauna.

Amazing sauna. I've gotten this brands steam sauna before and really like it. Their customer service is good so I wanted to try this infrared one. It was easy to set up and gives a different sensation than the steam. Its like the heat is coming from within the body. It gives you a good sweat after some time sitting in there. I'm starting to like this brand.

This is solid. It’s not very tall which I prefer. It has a very comfortable chair and was super easy to install. The window is nice and it has a pocket to hold your phone. I put it outside and I probably shouldn’t but I have a roof over it, so it won’t get wet and I’m looking for something to fill a gap til I invert in a permanent sauna. It doesn’t get necessarily particularly hot but I stay 20-30m and get a rolling sweat which is my goal so for me this works. The only thing I wish it did that it doesn’t is show the temp inside. It shows the temp you are aiming for but not how how it actually gets.

Used it for around 6 months. It worked reasonably OK, now is not working anymore. I requested customer support and hope this can be solved.

Now that I’ve started in my new year resolution to focus on my health, exercise, loose weight, and healthier eating…this sauna is really helping close the loop on my at home gym. The sauna heats up quickly, it provides a soothing that helps relax my muscles after my workout. It is a very relaxing experience I can do any time in the comfort of my home AND it is a fraction of the price I would have to pay if I joined a gym or went to a spa. Overall, I really love the product and like that I can do this any time because it is easy to set up.

Dal punto di vista dei benefici, ho notato un recupero post-allenamento più rapido, meno rigidità muscolare e una riduzione dello stress. È come avere una piccola spa privata sempre a disposizione, senza dover spendere soldi in centri benessere o saune esterne. La sauna portátil me ha sorprendido bastante. Es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos y dentro se está cómodo, incluso para alguien alto. Se calienta rápido y el calor de los infrarrojos se nota homogéneo por todo el cuerpo. La alfombrilla para los pies también ayuda a entrar en calor desde el principio. El montaje es sencillo y el material parece resistente. No ocupa tanto espacio como esperaba y no pesa casi nada, por lo que se mueve con facilidad para limpiar o lo que sea. El mando a distancia funciona bien y la luz interior le da un ambiente agradable. En general, una buena opción para relajarse en casa sin complicaciones.
