Good darjeeling tea hot or cold. Medium astringency was pleasant compared to lower grades that I've had. Price is ok, although I typically get cheaper from other tea vendors. I would recommend this over any bagged version

Good one for the ones who prefer smoky flavor.

I have been drinking Makaibari for over a decade, and ordering from their online shop for the last 3 years, but was pleasantly surprised to find the Smoky Mountain tin delivering in the US from their Amazon store. I typically buy it from Spicewaala (in store) in Seattle but wanted to give the online order a try. Tea showed up within 48 hours and tastes perfect. If you're used to the non-smoky Makaibari, or like your tea between golden and red, then remember to steep this one for about 3 minutes. If you mostly drink tea with milk, I recommend you give this a shot without milk first. You won't need a morning cup of coffee anymore if you start your day with this. If you want a lighter tea for the afternoon or evening, I recommend their Summer Solstice.
