Second to None, And You Pay Dearly!
I've been buying Neuhaus chocolates every year for Valentine's Day, ever since tasting them during a trip to Belgium. There really is nothing quite like the complex and innovative flavor combinations Neuhaus develops, with incredible quality ingredients. They aren't cheap, and they get more expensive each year, but I haven't found an alternative that's even close.

Disappointed
Very disappointed. Bought as a gift for my husband and they arrived later than I expected and delivered to a mail box. The chocolate was melted and crystallized. Big mistake and I won’t repeat that again.

Good value for the money. Yes, they are expensive but I think they are worth it! They seemed to be a hit for the whole family.

I wonder how long this box of chocolates was sitting in a warehouse before it was sent to me. The product is high quality but the presentation was subpar at best. For the price I paid I expected a perfect box of chocolates. When I opened the box, several chocolates were broken, and many of them looked old and stale, with a waxy sheen on them. My friend bought this exact box for a birthday a few months ago so I know what it was supposed to look like and was very disappointed. Would not order again.
