Great magnesium supplement that taste like a treat!
I ordered these because I was having trouble sleeping and staying asleep. Disgusting but effective
These work very well. I take magnesium to help with muscle twitches, and these are fantastic for that, without the GI side effects of some other kinds. However, they taste awful. Really truly bad.

I've noticed the benefits of taking magnesium glycinate during perimenopause - I went from being completely enraptured in pain for a good 4 days taking Advil around the clock to NO PAIN! Was it the mag? I'm not sure but I'm staying on it. I switched from a vegan formula and this one tastes so much better.
