Good taste, helps with sleep and muscle spasms
I am pregnant and have been having muscle spasms sometimes at night. I also have been dealing with insomnia. I started taking these each night and have not had any muscle spasms and I feel like my sleep is slightly improving. The taste and texture of the gummies is nice.

Works awesome and tastes good
These are great and tastes great and works for real. I used to use melatonin, but now taking this daily is way better, I dont feel groggy anymore

Disgusting but effective
These work very well. I take magnesium to help with muscle twitches, and these are fantastic for that, without the GI side effects of some other kinds. However, they taste awful. Really truly bad.

I've noticed the benefits of taking magnesium glycinate during perimenopause - I went from being completely enraptured in pain for a good 4 days taking Advil around the clock to NO PAIN!
