An Exellent Phone Case
I wanted to be able to carry my ID card and a few credit cards with my phone, which is all I need most of the time these days. Thinking about what I needed to carry into stores and restaurants, I wanted something that allowed me to have it all in one place and that would fit in a pocket. Basically, I wanted a combination of phone case and wallet. This case very closely fits my wants and needs. My Note8 fits in it perfectly. I have two ID cards and two credit cards in it. I also use the pocket behind the card slots to carry some cash and other paper.I have a few criticisms:* It doesn't do wireless charging well. It will do it, but I have to be very careful when putting it on the charger. I also had to change chargers, because the one I had been using didn't work at all.* Cash must be folded. It looks large enough to hold bills flat, but the hole for listening to the phone when the cover is closed prevents bills from sliding in.* The cover doesn't close flat when cards are in it. The hinge side could be just a bit larger to allow for the extra thickness needed for the cards. Adding money or other paper make this problem worse.* When watching a video with it propped open horizontally, the latch gets in the way of the screen. Not a criticism, but a factor, is that I had to learn how to hold the case when taking pictures. It will more easily slide out of my hands than my old plastic case. It's also a little harder to keep my fingers away from the camera lens because holding it is more awkward. With a little practice, however, it's not a problem. My criticisms don't stop me from recommending it, however. It's a great-looking and very useful case. It has the look and feel of quality in both design and durability. It looks impressive when sitting on a table at a restaurant or bar. It's easy to flip open while on a table to access the phone or the cards.

Good product with a nice feel to it
The build quality is good, and it fits perfectly. I'm not able to comment on the durability yet as these are early days in its use but so far, I'm happy with my purchase.

1 year and going..
I was on my second Note 8 and facing the same problem I had with the first one... where can I get a case that will protect this stupid all glass phone. Don't get me wrong I love the phone but making something all glass for ascetics when the product is regularly shoved in pockets, purses and prone to falling several times a year seems more like a scheme to sell more of that product than a give the customer what they want. However I diverge... I started with an Otterbox but the fit was so tight that is actually cracked the phone when I had to take it off the one time to transfer my sd card once all the other files were moved. That was on Day 2. The second case was no better at protecting the phone. in 8 months there were spider webs across the back of the phone. So after paying the insurance when the phone could no longer to be used I was back on the hunt for the perfect case and this one has done the jobThe phone has remained in tact and the case still looks great. The durability of the leather has been surprisingly good. It looks good and holds up well to being shoved in a pocket a couple dozen times a day. I wish this was the first case I got.

Nice Case with Card Slots
I needed a replacement case for my ancient Galaxy Note 8. This one looked interesting so I ordered it.The phone fits perfectly, all of the access holes line up and the cover closes okay with a magnetic strap to keep it closed. The bill holder is to too short to insert bills without folding them so don't expect the cover to stay closed if you carry more than 3 bills and 3 cards. My previous case had a magnet embedded in the front cover than turned the screen off when closed to save battery. This case doesn't do that so you'll need to put the phone in standby yourself.I've been using it a few months and it seems to be holding up well.I like the convenience of not having to carry a wallet most of the time but there's also the possibility that if you lose it you're losing more than just your phone.

Fantastic
This worked so well for a couple of years while I had my phone. It never got in way of the camera or fingerprint scanner. It can hold about 6 cards well, still close, and the magnetic piece never wore out.

Quality built case but the magnetic closure can get in the way
The case build quality is very good. RFID is a plus. The fingerprint reader access on this case is a lot better than others that I have used. I am able to unlock the phone on the 1st try with ease compared to others where I had to make several attempts due to the way the case was made around the cameras and the reader. The magnetic enclosure is bigger than others I have use, which used to half enclosures for the note 8. This will get in the way of any landscape viewing. To fold it as it shows in the picture is not that easy to set up. If they sewn a piece so it can be magnetically folded closed in landscape this would be ideal. Since it is not it takes some time to get the piece to stay in place as it is pictured. This is my only issue with this case. Other than that this is really good case for the note 8. Hopefully after some time this will get better.

A good quality case
I've only been using it for one day but this seems to be a very good quality case. Sleek black leather (leather-like?) material. Credit card slots don't add too much thickness. Magnetic clasp works well. Cut-outs in the holding rim very accurately made. Generally a good quality feel.Sadly, the screen doesn't turn off when you close the case. My original Samsung case had that feature, and also its replacement - both of those had translucent fronts. Maybe it's a feature that is incompatible with credit card slots? My last case was poorly made and fell apart, and also had a magnet in the casing which affected the use of the S pen in a portion of the screen. It took ages to work out that the case was the source of the fault. This case didn't have that fault. I've tested the WWW case, which is also a very nice case, in most ways as nice as this one, but its magnetic clasp affects the S pen - for me, that's a fatal fault, and I'm pleased that the Ocase doesn't have it.The only thing that doesn't seem good is that the case doesn't work very well as a "stand" holding the screen horizontal. It works, but doesn't "click" into a positive position.

Totally recommend
It is indeed a perfect fit with the phone. Also, I like that the card pockets are tight, so you can put only 1 card, for example, and it won't fall. The magnet is strong enough, so it can't be opened by mistake.

Really great phone cover!
Top quality! Great value for money. No complaints. The only issue I have is with the magnetic strap. Whilst it causes NO probs with credit cards with chip pin/contactless. I will cause an issue with gift cards with magnetic stripe on the back.

Nice case BUT affects the S Pen.
It's a nice case for the phone and keeps it safe but I've rated it low because the magnets on it are so strong, they stop the S Pen from working properly and I have to remove my phone from the case in order to draw with it.No other cases I've had previously have stopped the S Pen working properly and if I'd known that this one would, I wouldn't have bought it. If I could have found a way to send it back I would have - and still would.

It blocks the fingerprint scanner
Honestly, you cannot get the fingerprint scanner to work because of the design of the case. It absolutely screwed up my Monzo app, causing me to get locked out of the app and going days without being able to access my finances. The build itself isn't that bad, it's just the design has such a huge flaw that it deserves pointing out.To overcome this issue, I had to take a Dremmel to the case and cut away the plastic holder and the leather wallet, which I strongly suspect will ultimately shorten the life of the case sadly. Not a bad case, but let down badly by not being tested post design.Honestly, unless you're prepared to butcher the case with power tools, shop on, there's better out there.
