Absolutely love these oats. Hate to pull out big names, but we've always gotten the shriveled dusty tasteless quaker oats. They are all I've ever had so I figured that is what oatmeal WAS.Recently I've been a bit more homebound and decided to give these "kind of expensive" oats a try.Now, I can never have grocery store dust bin oats ever again!These have TASTE. These have TEXTURE. They smell awesome-- sadly this bag only made two batches for the family. They go quick! I can hardly wait to make some granola, but right now I'm doing crock pot oats with them and the family gobbles them down. Will get these again.

Great for Overnight Oats
Though probably good for cooked, being it is a fresh quality product and the price is good.I make my own O.O.'s and these are of the perfect consistency for assembling this breakfast/snack meal.A basic recipe: 2/3 cup oats, 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds, (any powders you want to add), tumble the capped container a few times. In a 1 cup measuring cup, add milk almost to the top, stir in maple syrup, a teaspoon vanilla extract (and any other liquid you choose). Mix liquid, then add to dry, incorporate and refrigerate overnight.A few of my fav O.O. (organics): Cacao powder/Shredded coconut, Matcha/Lime juice, Acai/chopped tropical fruits.

I can make these with water, and add a splash of milk after heating, and it's so creamy!
