Good elbow pads. When I first tried them on they felt bulky but believe this is just down to it being new on my arm. Whilst wearing them in comp barely noticed them didn't have to worry about them moving round as they stayed put.

Good solid elbow pads. Very well made for the price. Could be used for various activities. Very impressed with the quality and price.

As described well made ample padding I use them to drill elbow strikes , without injuring my sparring partners .

They are good but they only cover the elbow and they slide down on you so there’s risk of actually landing with elbow but great for price
