Almost flawless
This thing makes pulling switches an absolute breeze.. The cap puller works just as well as any other and folds away when not in use. The switch puller steals the show here though.Just hit the button with your thumb, put the puller over a key, push til it clicks, pull straight up, hit the button with thumb once more to release the switch and you're done. Id say its easily twice as fast as a standard switch puller.I WAS about to say that the only downside was that it had a hard time grabbing switches between stabilizers. Wound up trying it again just to make sure and had no issue getting at the switch this time. Might have to "aim" a bit more when dealing with stabs, but works flawlessly. If you only occasionally swap switches or change keycaps, this probably isn't really a product for you.If you're an enthusiast or hobbyist that messes with caps/switches multiple times a month across your half dozen or more keyboards though? Id say this product is for you.

Not for Switches You Want to Re-use
The tool does what it's intended to do, and it definitely does cut down on the finger strain that you would normally get with the little tongs that come with most keyboard switches. However, when I went to remove the old switches from my keyboard, some of the switches would not come out without the plastic on the edges of the switch getting damaged. Since I was getting rid of the old switches anyway it didn't really matter to me, but if you plan on removing your keyboard switches and holding onto them to possibly reuse in the future, then use extra precaution or don't get this tool.

very disappointed
I bought this item to remove keycaps from an iPad. Not only were the removal wires too flimsy to hold on to anything at all, the push mechanism to remove the switches did not work at all. The videos made it look extremely easy to use this tool, and I suppose if it actually worked, it would have been. I'm very disappointed in this item.

Can't go back
This thing is a gift from the Lord above. Cuts the time to strip a keyboard by 90%. I have tons of switch pullers and this thing just blows through switches like no other. No pinching or trying to find the tabs. Just auto align, press (nice click), pull up, move to where you want the switch dropped, and press the button. Key cap puller is so so but it works where I need it to. If the switch doesn't come right out, press the red button and try again, it didn't get under the latch fully. This product will not disappoint and it will prove itself to be far more valuable than it's price. If you want keyboard teardowns to be fun, get this. If only they could make an auto switch luber. That would be insane

Good quality, easy to use
I've always hated pulling out switches with that little C shaped tool, this makes it incredibly easy and simple, literally just being the click of a button. From what I can tell, it doesn't scratch or damage the switches. The build quality is good, and it feels pretty sturdy. Translucent plastic is always pretty cool, too. Good price and shipped in like two days.Further edit after 2 hours of use:I deducted two stars, as unfortunately, after some use pulling switches, it seems like one of the plastic bits on the inside doesn't work right anymore. It still works, but takes significantly more effort to use, as I now need to physically smack the top to release a switch, instead of an easy press.

Makes swapping keys & switches so much easier
I love this little guy. The keycap puller is less rigid than most others, so the keycaps dont get stuck in the teeth. And the switch puller is magnificent. Stab drop, Stab drop, Stab drop! A full-size keyboard cleared in just a few minutes.

Avoid this.
I caution against this product. The concept is great, but it doesn't work well. It works fine for removing key caps but is a pain to effectively remove the key switches. You MUST pull perfectly straight up in order for this to grip the switch, pulling a fraction of a degree off from straight and it slips off. I fiddled with this for about 10 keys then gave up and used the puller that came with my keyboard.
