No truffle flavor as expected. Just like eating rubber with water ! kind of waste money.

I bought this for a friend and used this in a risotto recipe. It came out perfect. I would definitely buy again..

When I saw the price of these black truffles I right away added them to my cart .....I got three whole truffles and they are a little moist and not completely dry like the expensive ones but chopped up and added to your demi sauce they will take it to another level..... perfect for my budget and full of flavor....

They were quite flavorless and not firm. They did not taste bad but barely had any noticeable flavor at all.

They were fresh and had a great texture, but the taste was very mild. Tartufi is better but that may be regional? I had to add truffle oil to my pasta to give it enough taste with these. I would buy again... but know this time what to expect.

Would leave 0 stars if i could. These absolutely do not taste anything like truffles. The outside was rock hard and they had an weird smell that was not consistent with truffles. If you cant get fresh, i would recommend truffles preserved in oil instead. I've had decent luck with those.
