Very finely ground and nice texture
Very good! I couldn't feel the gritty texture that other gluten free flour usually has in it. It worked great for the recipe that I was using it for.

Great product
I love this flour for using in gluten free baking. It isn’t gritty. The price is ok. There was an option to purchase a twin pack of superfine white rice flour with superfine brown rice flour which was a great deal. I haven’t seen that option available in a while but keep your eyes open for it. Definitely worth it. This is a very good quality brand.

Loved the flour but now a shipping charge
The flour was slow to be delivered but was happy with the mixing for the mock Better Batter blend flour. Was going to reorder but the delivery charge is almost as much as the product. Should not be a delivery charge with Prime!
