I am happy with this grommet tool. It works great with no issues. Is very good quality for homeowner occasional use. It does not come with instructions, but its very simple to figure out. It is magnetic so its very easy to load the grommets because they stay in pretty well from the magnets. Good luck on your project!

I loved this product, I love doing balloon arches and backdrops and hate using clips to secure the backdrop to the stand, now I love how I can add grommets with a string to the poll instead.

Leaves very sharp edges standing up. It’s almost like it’s offset and the grommets that came with it are too small. But no, tried several times with leather, pleather, paper, plastic etc…didn’t put a single nicely placed grommet at all.

The magnets aren't aligned so the ring doesn't lie true and the handle doesn't allow full compression.Therefore it doesn't fully cut the material, but it kinda works.

The grommets all bent and twisted due to being very thin, weak metal. Not useful at all.

Can barely punch a hole in cardboard. Supposed to be magnetic but won’t hold the grommets. Grommets don’t have much of a flange so not much strength. Pretty much useless

Very cheap pliers and grommets. Pliers do not attach grommet evenly, crushing the side of each grommet. Grommet then just falls out of fabric. Don't waste your $, buy something of better quality.

I should have read the reviews first it’s garbage the grommets get stuck to the tool it doesn’t cut out the hole like it says and if you do finally get one to work it’s so cheap it comes of the grommets are so cheaply made don’t waste your money don’t buy

This was a fast way to install grommets. It was quiet and less strenuous compared to the usual hammer and anvil.

It worked but the one side didn't have a magnet so it was a bit tricky to keep the grommet on.
