Doesn't work properly . Feels like a kids toy I know it was cheap but it feels even cheaper . About to go back to manufacturer. Not good for older generation . Which is suppose to be what it's for . Not touch screen and no physical number keys making it a pain in the arse to set up . Fair warning to avoid .

Bought this for my gran when she's out and about. It doesn't work. The phone can dial out and receive calls but there's no sound, I even tried it with the headphones it came with and nothing. Waste of money.

Does the job. Great fun putting thr photos of everyone on the buttons. Really made me laugh once I'd competed it

Very disappointing after reading the reviews here. Bought for an aged relativewho has just about go the hang of texting and becasue of deafness prefers that method. Unfortunatley, it takes at least 3 key presses to enter just one character, once entered screen return to start screen, so press access button to get back to alphabet then start pressing for the next character. This performance for every character, a simple message takes ages and in the relatives situation complete frustration! The four regular contact buttons do work but good luck trying to work out which button(s) to press to take a photo as multimedia is not covered in the supplied manual. It gets two stars as you can use it as a phone.

Muffled sound could not hear caller. On speaker slightly better. Not appropriate for harde of hearing.

Product was very helpful and just what I was looking for. I also managed to program the phone numbers for her remotely which was a great help
