This is a real review no one has asked me to do this. This pillow set saved my behind for the last 2 weeks - and I am a side sleeper by the way. I had surgery which required me to sleep in an upright position for 2 weeks. I researched several pillow sets and chose this one based on other users' reviews and videos. The pillows are firm yet soft enough to give a little, and the headrest pillow is memory foam which is really nice because it has a lot more give and cush. I used this in several configurations: I could sit upright and read or listen to music or watch TV etc, I could position it a little lower which allowed me to rest more easily but still kept me at around a 45° angle (as requested by surgeon), I used the pillow with the two grooves for your legs as a table top in that I would flip it over and put it over my lap and I could eat in bed or use my computer - and I'm sure there are other configurations that I've not thought of and never attempted, but you will! And it's not that sleep was easy, it's more that it was possible and overall I was as comfortable as I think I could have been under the circumstances. I'm looking forward to just using this from now on as a comfortable way to read in bed or on the sofa and or watch TV etc. I'm attaching two pictures: one where I had the pillows a little lower and one where it was more upright though they look fairly similar. Recommend you look at other users' videos to decide if this is the right pillow set for you. Thank you Yojoker for a truly helpful and excellent product.

Love these pillow wedges. I'm looking forward to using them on my upcoming lumber discectomy surgery, that's the reason I ordered them, but I've been using them every night for extra support. I like the different variations that you can adjust them for different positions. I will most likely keep using these even after my surgery & I've recovered, they're really comfortable.

I was wondering if I might have been overly dramatic with my hysterectomy prep, but I am now 4 days post op and would do it exactly the same if I knew then what I know now. I chose to get a wedge pillow set because I am a side sleeper and I had difficulty getting comfortable sleeping elevated with what I had in the past after a sinus surgery. I chose THIS set because it seemed to be the best fit for my needs. I am 6 feet tall and this was a longer back pillow than other sets I considered. This set was a good fit for me. I tried different configurations pre-op and found a couple that I thought I might like. I found that one of the lumbar type pillows was softer (made of a different foam). I liked the softer one for my head/neck and the firmer one for my lower back. I used my own pillows for my "arm rests" and to help contain me. I could see a benefit to the set that included the arm pillows with pockets, but I did not need them myself. I spent one night in the hospital but still needed this for one night at home when the trapped gas pain (primarily in my shoulder) prevented me from reclining too much. I liked being able to set the angle to what was most comfortable for me in the moment. I no longer need this pillow set for sleeping. I have moved it to my couch because it is super helpful for resting my body while still being able to read or use a laptop comfortably. The pillow that has the leg cutouts that doubles as a desk I found helpful for putting between my legs for side sleeping, too. I liked that I was able to wash the covers because there was a bit of an odor (I am hypersensitive to odors). I washed and dried them on the delicate cycle and they went back on with no problem. If the pillows are able to be squished back into a vacuum seal bag for storage, that will be nice. I can see how these will still be useful even after recovery though. This was the perfect set for me for the price and for the benefits. I am glad I got them.

After a fairly major abdominal surgery, I was unable to sleep flat or in any other position besides slightly reclined on my back. These pillows have been incredibly supportive, soft, and sturdy for sleeping, spending time in bed comfortably, and keeping legs elevated to reduce back pain/help prevent clots The only downsides are that it would be nice to have a lip on each side of the head/neck pillow so your head doesn’t flop (I use another pillow on the side for support), and the pillow with leg divots sinks a bit due to the shape. If you’re having surgery, a c-section, or anything that keeps you from laying flat, this pillow set is worth the price to help you get sleep!

This wedge pillow has been such a nice surprise. The memory foam feels supportive without being rock hard, and it keeps its shape and tiny size really well. I bought it mainly to help with acid reflux/GERD, and the incline is just right — I wake up feeling way better and don’t slide down during the night like I did with cheaper wedges.

These pads are good, firm support, good number of pieces, removable covers. One of the reasons I chose this set was the two vacuum bags for storage. These are an epic fail! First only one came with a closer (not a returnable offense) but niether one will hold the vacuum. I tested both by suctioning out the air, ensuring the seal was solid, and waited. Within 5 minutes one of the bags could be heard expanding. The other took about 45 minutes but it too is not holding the seal. I can’t tell if the bags have pin holes or the leak is at a seam. They are not apparently leaking from the sealing edge. Can’t decide if I am going to keep or not. Maybe the seller will offer new bags?

I really like this wedge pillow. The shape is perfect for supporting my back when sitting or resting in bed. The memory foam feels comfortable and provides great support. The quality is very good, and the fabric looks nice and clean. It fits perfectly against the headboard and makes reading or watching TV in bed much more comfortable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Love these for my tummy tuck surgery recovery. I like that I can adjust the incline of the back rest so I can sit up to watch TV or be in more of a laying down position for sleeping. Another positive, and I'm not sure it's supposed to actually be this way or not, but one of the arm rests/lumbar supports is softer than the other. It's nice because I like the soft one too sleep with and the harder one to prop up to watch tv.
