Buyer Beware: Product failed after 30 days. xBloom Customer Service Is Ignoring Me
We bought (2) xBloom coffee machines (for home and office). The 1st machine failed just after their 30-day return policy. The 2nd a month later. I got an RMA and sent the 1st machine back, and it's been in their possession for about 20 days, they will not reply with a tracking number or tell me when they will be shipping a replacement. Fortunately, I bought the 2nd machine from Amazon, and they issued us a full refund (thank you Amazon). I had high hopes for this product. Hopefully, version 2.0 is better. But do not waste your time or money with the current offering. Buyer Beware!

Delicious
I use this thing every single day! Totally worth the price for how much I use it.The xbloom is leagues better than any other pod style machine I’ve seen, as most others use stale preground coffee. Can’t believe it’s 2023 and people still use KeurigAlso there’s no trial and error, so easy that my 3 year old likes to make me coffee with it. As far as the coffees offered, I’ve been Impressed with all the coffees I’ve tried so far.Also love that it’s easy to clean. The brewing action happens outside of the machine (like a pour over) so there’s no gross coffee buildup inside!

Great, convenient cup of coffee
I didn't end up sticking with this product, but I did enjoy it. It made me the best cup of coffee I've had without manual process. Of course, a pour over by hand will always be better, but this is an automated package to do just that. I really enjoyed the custom cup.Pros: convenience, cleanliness, flavorCons: Time (takes a few minutes for a single serve), volume, lack of adjustable stand, coffee grinds aren't all caught from the grinder

Do not buy this. SCAM!
This product sucks. I got it for my husband for Xmas and after the third day of use ( total of 4 cups of sub par coffee) it stopped working. I tried to return it to their store in valley fair and they won't accept it because its a pop up store that no longer exists now. Customer service takes days to respond each time. They told me it's a faulty unit...so fine... I will return it for full refund. They want me to pay for shipping unless I want to replace it with a new unit. Wow.. its not my fault and it's a lemon and I have to pay for shipping...I believe it's a light form of extortion and a bait and switch tactic. here's the kicker... the machine came with "free" coffee pods and filters (which never came) but since they don't accept returns of their coffee pods they will deduct those "free" coffee pods from my refund. This is the most horrible customer service ever. Clearly it's their fault and yet I have to pay for shipping and their crappy coffee pods that was suppose to be "free" with the purchase of the machine. You can't even use the machine without an app on your phone otherwise it's just a glorified coffee bean grinder. Save your money...this company doesn't know what they're doing and their product is definitely not ready for market. Another bunch of tech bros who had a bright idea and cannot execute properly especially with regards to customer service.
