Metal over plastic, all the way If you’re looking to buy an E6B I highly recommend going with a metal one from the start as plastic slips too much and makes an already frustrating thing that much worse especially as you’re just starting out and learning

The wind side was good, but the back was just off. Corrections for altitude were upto 1,000 off.

As mentioned in the other review, it’s darker than pictured. Makes it a bit harder to read. Also as shown in the other review pictures, it’s missing the fuel lbs arrow. Good quality otherwise. Seems like it should hold up well.
