This torch may be too short for those who are buying it for weed purposes. But, it's a dandy little device to keep handy for starting a fireplace or a wood-fired stove. It's beautiful -- the construction is super high-quality, nice wood handle, stainless steel parts, and I'd swear that it was USA made if it didn't have English errors all over the box and "Made in China" stamped on it. It comes with a nice little adaptor to make it an easy-on, easy-off attachment to a standard butane can, and everything about it seems like it's built to last. So, we couldn't be happier. I guess the big disadvantage of this little unit is the fact that it has no sparker, no "self-start" feature. It's got to be lit. But if you can get around that, you've got yourself something that's going to last for years and which even comes in the coolest little bag. It dissembles easily and it goes into this little case real nice. A good product, highly recommended.

This torch was just as described....easy to assemble and very lightweight. It did a very fast job of killing the weeds, and I like that the range of the flame is small enough not to burn plants in proximity if you are careful to point the flame away from the plants. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it is somewhat awkward to light it. I would have preferred it to be self-igniting. But for the price, it is just what I needed.

This product is the best way to start camp fire. Excellent quality, easy to use (don't have starter) it was best item that I 've Purchase for my camping during Memorial weekend camping. we used butane with connector, and lasted long time.

Hard to find the fuel

I like that this tool is small enough and light weight enough for me to use it comfortably I'm a small older female.) I use it to kill small weeds in my yard and to zap spider webs on the patio.

The torch is as basic. The torch is ferocious as it burns extremely hot, it maintens control properly with the atunating knob . Adjustable for safety in length. Outstanding product as it is made of metal,great price!
