I have been using this product for around 2 years now, and it has been reliable throughout. I did get the battery replaced once after warranty expired (cost me ₹999), and since then it continues to perform well. Currently, it powers my Jio Fiber modem and TP Link Deco X20 without any issues. I get a minimum backup of about 5 hours, which works perfectly for my needs. Overall, it does exactly what it is supposed to and has been a dependable choice.

Purchased on 10 Jan. Gives around 5.5 hours backup for my Jio Fiber router. No delay, no restart when power goes off and switches instantly where the internet stays connected smoothly. Good value for money. Slightly disappointed that it does not provide upto 8 hours backup as described. Would recommend for basic home internet backup and work from home people. It is very small in size and of good finish and quality.

Very nice and efficient product and this is a real backup that kicks into action as soon as you have a powercut, smooth transition and no downtime. I would recommend this if you are looking for zero downtime for your internet connection even when you have power cuts. The version I bought is compatible with Jio, Airtel, Act and all the major internet service providers out there.

I recently purchased the Cuzor Mini UPS Pro for my router, and the overall experience has been quite average. The UPS itself works as expected in terms of backup, but the major issue I faced was with the DC connector provided. It did not fit properly with my router, resulting in a loose connection. This led to unnecessary confusion and multiple trials to figure out the exact compatibility problem. Eventually, I had to purchase a separate connector offline, which cost me around ₹200. The cost is not really the concern here, but the mental hassle and time spent in identifying the right solution was frustrating. For a product meant to provide convenience, this added effort defeats the purpose to some extent. Another issue I faced was with charging. The UPS is supposed to get fully charged in around 7–8 hours and show a green light. However, even after 12+ hours, it continued to show an orange light. After some troubleshooting, I realized that if your router adapter is 12V 1A, the UPS will not charge properly. You need a 12V 3A adapter for it to function correctly. After one week of use, I can say that the power backup is giving me approximately 8 hours, which is good. I also contacted Cuzor customer care, and they provided me with a 12V 3A adapter. After switching to this adapter, the UPS is now charging and powering the router properly. Cuzor should either provide the correct connector options in the box or include a proper converter to handle different router types. At the very least, they should clearly specify compatible connector types. Also, since Cuzor may not know which routers their DC adapter will fit, they should provide a list of compatible WiFi router models for the convenience of customers.
