Great magnesium supplement
Highly recommended magnesium supplement. This one has 4. Easy on the tummy. Excellent choice for muscle and nerve health and sleep and migraines. I actually researched different brands as there are many types of magnesium out there. Some will upset your tummy. Some will have a laxative effect. I'm also a registered nurse and am careful what supplements I use. You can also research on Google AI.

High quality mostly pure supplement
Its hard to find supplements with nothing added to them and this one was the closest. Works well for me, helps me have a restful night, helps with my leg cramps. I always take it with D and K to get the most out of it. Well packaged and I had bought it before so I knew it was a good quality vitamin.

Good combination of magnesium and easy to take
I bought this Magnesium Complex from Whynot Natural because I was looking for a more complete formula than just one type of magnesium, and I liked that it includes glycinate, taurate, malate, and orotate, plus B6 to support absorption. The capsules are a standard size. I was also reassured that it's labeled as non-GMO and gluten-free. The bottle contains 120 capsules, so it lasts quite a while depending on the dosage used. I've been using it for quite some time now.

Safe and effective and great value!
This is a wonderful product. My sleep is better my heartrate is better. Has four important forms of magnesium. I take 2-3 per day. No side effects, I take on an empty stomach often. I recommend this product. I have been taking it for just under two years now. Very important for heart health as most people are magnesium deficient.
