Good concept, but a waste of money.

anti arrhythmia properties
I was put on this by a holistic center. I went because of recurrent peri-carditis after heart surgery. I had struggled with peri- carditis for over a year and the medical Dr. wasn't able to resolve it so I turned to holistic. Along with the peri-carditis was atrial fibrillation. I had a oblation and still struggled with episodes of atrial fibrillation. Homocysteine promotes building of electrical pathways in the heart. Since being on Homocysteine Redux, I have had much fewer and more manageable episodes. It works for me.

Blood pressure
Hypertension is often due to elevated Homocysteine levels. Certain balance of B vitamins and others helps lower that in addition to exercise, or if you have a condition that limits exercise.
