I bought the 2 pack. Perfect for my homemade pizza dough. Small enough to fit in my freezer so I can make it and store it for later and also easily fits in the fridge to let sit overnight. Came on time, good value for the cost.

its 2 dough proofing boxes, they do exactly whats expected of them the quality feels decent enough, but I do really enjoy the lid handles that make transporting single boxes convenient It is a smaller size, but thats ideal for me when proofing in my fridge.

I wanted a dough proofing box to store pizza dough balls for multi-day fermenting, and I narrowed my choice between two products: (1) Chef Pomodoro Dough Proofing box (this product) 14"w x 11"d x 3"h (2) DoughMate Artisan Dough Tray Kit https://www.amazon.com/DoughMate-Artisan-Dough-Tray-Kit/dp/B00449IEM4 17.75"w x 13"d x 3.25"h (height of one tray with lid; with two trays height is 7") I chose the Chef Pomodoro for two reasons: (1) Slightly smaller size (would fit in my refrigerator better) (2) the idea of a lid with snaps (hopefully air tight) After receiving and using the Chef Pomodoro Dough Proofing Box for a few weeks I am generally pleased: -- the product is not as sturdy as I had hoped. It is acceptable for home use, but the plastic is definitely not commercial grade. It is polypropylene, but I wish it was thicker plastic. -- the lid is NOT airtight. While there are snaps on two ends the product is long enough to not perfectly seal on the other two sides. The two seals keep most of the air out, but a better design would have been snaps on all four sides. After three days of proofing pizza dough balls, the skins of the dough balls had dried out slightly. In the future I will make sure and coat the dough balls with oil. -- given the competition I think this product should be priced around $30, not its current price of $40. The product works well enough for my home use and I am generally satisfied.

This has been a pizza dough game changer! This product is durable and air tight. You can fit four 200oz dough balls in it. I love that the lid stays on tight. These are easy to stack to save room in the pantry. This is a good value for the money.

Perfect for pizza dough lovers ! I got this dough box recently, and it’s been awesome! It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and the perfect size for letting my dough rise. The lid fits well—keeps the moisture in but isn’t a pain to take off. My bread has been turning out better than ever since using this. If you love making dough, this is definitely worth it!

Great proofing box for our pizza. The handle is a nice touch. I find I use it for other things too… cupcake transportation, leftover pizza, etc. but it def works for what it is intended.

the material is basic and not sturdy as expected. the lid does not seal which defeats the purpase. I gave it 3 stars only because I can use it to to cool down my sourdough after baking.

Nicht mehr weg zu denken! Absolute Erleichterung beim backen. Der Teig hat Platz und kann super aufgehen. Würde ich immer wieder empfehlen.

Wouldn't buy this again. Since the cap makes a dent in my dough, its not destined to have the bulk rise sitting in here. The handle makes that the cap om the inside is lower than the rest.

Very happy with these. Perfect for my pizza dough, and stackable (massive advantage in a busy fridge).
