I would have given a four, but didn’t because i didn’t get a scoop which is very disappointing and weird, and now i don’t have anything to measure the quantity when using! And taste was fine not the best out of protein powders, mixes fairly well and feels a bit heavier than others which isn’t exactly a minus because you probably won’t eat anything right away, but if you do, do remember it is a bit heavier than others! And that’s about it, really disappointed for not getting a scoop

Dissolved quickly without efforts, has no lumps in water, easy to digest, has no bloating, gives good recovery and taste is good but can be better but you are not going to choose protien for it's taste but on its overall quality so my 5 points to this product. Taste is 4 and rest is all 5. Infact good packaging for people like me who travel a lot as this is in the soft bag.

Mixability: 5/5 Effect: 4.5/5 Taste: 1/5 Digestion: 5/5 Tastes like chocolate but too much artificial and there is no digestion problem at all. If we keep taste aside then it's a good protein.

This product was a disappointment. It feels like the positive reviews are misleading and don't reflect the actual quality. I don't believe this item is worth the price. I regret this purchase. After using it, I found that it didn't live up to the hype from other reviews. The quality doesn't justify the cost, and I would not recommend it."
