I bought this for my office at work. Clearly, people had been coming and going in the office, despite the cipher lock. The instructions do not seem to match this product or perhaps this version of the product. How do you know that it is charged? Well, according to the instructions, it is charged when the green light comes on. Here's the problem: there's no green light.

The shipping box is intact, but the packaging of the product is damaged. It is obviously cut off by the knife. The product itself has used traces and it is not working. I personally think: This is the product returned by other buyers.

Terribly written user manual
Does not work as advertised and the instruction manual is incomprehensible. It also seems that there is no way to only record on motion, but it records continuously and has a max time of perhaps 2 hours, cannot recall now. Tried multiple different combinations of setting it up, but the instruction manual is so poorly translated, I had to give up, it just wouldn't work. Would give this 5 stars if it came with a properly written instruction manual and it actually worked as advertised. Will not buy from this seller again.
