KAKA AC-60 Angle Clamp, Light-Weight, Easy Operation Angle Clamp Vice, Solid Construction, 90 Degree Welding Angle Clamp

Despite reading several reviews before I purchased it, I was still very surprised at how heavy duty and well made it was. It’s pricey but worth every penny.

This works well for welding right angles and clamping the pieces down inside the vise helps make them flat as well, but the screw sticks like it's damaged even though I've only used it twice.

The clamp looks like it will work, but the quality of the workmanship is poor. There are hollow places in the casting all over the unit. I expected more from an item built in the US. 10/9/17 Update: I returned the first one because of the quality. I got a second one and it was much improved. No problem places in the casting, the machine faces were all great. I will keep this one.

Good sturdy and heavy angle clamp for welding mitered steel tubes. Only negative is the end caps fall off pretty easy and require set screw tightening. I also found that screwing in and out takes some time due to the tightness of threads. Oiling and greasing helped a little.

Can do so much more than just a 90' anything under 2in you can clamp a T joint this is china made but it is much better than the cheaper just 90degree clamps
