Mobile is good

The phone was rooted which is not easily known, when I first opened the phone the best way to know is when you check the phone status which says official which usually means that it is not rooted, but later on when setting up the device when you try Samsung Knox apps that is when you know the phone was rooted, either the software has been played with not blaming the seller or it is a defective one

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Super phone

the phone dosent come with the pencil so you have to buy that separately ,it should have been mentioned in the product details

I have been using the phone for 5 days now and it has been great. The best part is how clear the screens are, outer and inner screens. The down part is the battery which can barely last almost a day (i.e. 20 hours). But overall, the experience of using this phone has been fantastic whether for entrainment or productivity. I have no regrets in buying this phone.

The device is a used one, I had a chat with Samsung care and they said device was activated in Nov 2023 and warranty expired in Nov 2024. It’s packed so well that no one can believe that it’s a used one. I was surprised when Samsung confirmed that it’s a used one.

The phone is big. All screens are big, vivid, colorful and bright. The operating system is optimized. The processor is a beast. Working on it is definitely a treat. But since nothing is perfect; the phone is shunky and heavy. Other that that it's perfect.
