This works GREAT without an overpowering smell. It is strong at first, but will lighten and not overpower you. Easy to use, great 'new car' smell. Covers natural 'herb' scent.

I bought the Meguiar’s Black Chrome aerosol (2 oz) because my car had a strong musty smell after a rainy night. Other products I tried only masked the odor temporarily. This one actually made a noticeable difference. I followed the instructions and let it work inside the closed vehicle. When I came back, the damp smell was basically gone. I wouldn’t call it magic, but it definitely worked better than anything else I tried. I do like the Black Chrome scent. It’s masculine, clean, and refined. The only thing I’d mention is that it can feel a bit strong when you first open the door, but it settles down after a few minutes and becomes much more subtle. For such a small can, it performs well and does what it claims. In my case, it solved a problem that was really bothering me while driving. I’d buy it again if needed

We bought a minivan that smelled horrible inside, possibly like old barbecue sauce and chicken nuggets. Cleaning and shampooing the inside didn't even get rid of it. This air re-fresher took care of it, and now the van smells good. We let it air out for a day or two with the windows down in the garage after using it

I bought a used vehicle that was almost new, except a faint mildew-y smell. I have wiped down every surface multiple times and tried air fresheners, deodorizers, essential oils, hypochlorus acid, etc, and some helped but very faintly. And the heavy scents of the air fresheners were giving me such a headache every time I got in the car. I really just wanted the car to not have a smell - like an actual new car. I just wanted a neutral, odor-free car that didn’t make my head throb. This stuff WORKED. I used as instructed and I’m shook. Even my kids noticed. It is definitely the best “new car” smell I’ve experienced. It’s a very delicate leather-like smell, with the absolute faintest touch of vanilla. It’s seriously why I imagine a new-off-the-lot luxury car would smell like. If you’re searching for something to help your car smell like nothing in the best way, this is what you need!!

Didn’t last long. At first it was a very intense almost almost smell. Within a week it faded. I had mouse dirt in my vents and after cleaning it out I hoped this would help the smell. It didn’t.

A+++++++++++++++++! This must smells AMAZING and works really well! have an older Land Cruiser and it had a smell when we bought it. I am not sure what the smell is from and there isn't a cabin air filter to change out and I am extremely sensitive to smells and I have a really strong sense of smell. I have tried coffee and have cleaned the vehicle lots of times. We even have an ozone machine but nothing worked. I used two of these mists and ran the ac on circulate for 15 minutes-poof-other smell is gone and this lovely scent is just lightly there. It is hard to explain the scent but it is a neutral scent that I think most people will find pleasant. I am hoping this vanquished the other smell for good and I will update after time passes but I am super happy with the scent and process . I will be buying more to keep on hand for other vehicles. Meguiar's is far and away the very best car care line out there! Always happy with products from their company! Well worth the money.

L'ho comprato due volte e ogni volta ho applicato la medesima procedura. La prima volta l'ho comprato in inverno e il profumo è rimasto piacevolmente presente per tre-quattro mesi; la seconda volta l'ho comprato in estate e in questo caso l'odore è svanito molto più rapidamente, nel giro di un mese. Probabilmente il sole e il caldo lo fanno "evaporare" più rapidamente. A parte questo l'odore mi piace molto, anche se non ha nulla a che fare con l'aroma "auto nuova" di cui parlano nella descrizione. E' un odore fresco, floreale ma non troppo.
