GREAT PRODUCT, I'M BUYING MORE!
This stuff is fantastic! After i cleaned out the rotten wood from a couple of places in my screen porch, I had to fill a the 1"x1" holes. The painter said, 'NO WAY that stuff will set up and hold itself in the shape you need it, and NO WAY will be dry and ready for painting tomorrow. He was wrong. Setup was fast enough to hold it into shape within a half-hour, (yeak ok i had to keep working it, but it wasn't hard and i'm not good with tools or woodworking), and it got sanded and painted the very next day. This stuff worked great, it cures (notice i said "cures", not dries), SUPER-HARD and takes paint so perfectly, you cannot even tell where the repairs were made. I will ALWAYS use this product for filling holes, etc.

Great Stuff!!
This is a really great product. I have used Plastic Wood for years and it's OK for filling small holes. This product, however, is far superior, if you need to do anything more. Since it is an epoxy, it hardens to a wood like substance, which has the strength of wood, and not crumbly under stress. Also, as a epoxy, with a separate hardener, it has a long shelf life and does not turn hard in the container. Lastly, heavy sections can be applied all at once because setting up is the result of a chemical reaction, not a drying out process. So glad I found this.

It did the job and was fairly easy to use
The wood doorframe had become badly cracked, probably due to the storm door mechanism being installed too tightly many years ago. It was either hire someone to tear it out and replace it, or figure it out myself. With a little research I decided to try this wood putty product. I am very pleased with the result. You merely mix equal portions of the two parts together, and it mixes pretty easy considering the density. I do recommend you use a disposable container and sturdy tool that you won't mind throwing away, and start out with just a small amount. You won't need as much as you think, anyway. It thickens pretty quickly, but not so badly that you can't use it, just don't dawdle. My own job looks pretty sloppy compared to what I suppose a more experienced person might be able to do, but when I sanded it after a few days of curing (the can says 24 hours, but I was being cautious) I was able to reattach the mechanism to the storm door and it has held well.

Great stuff
Totally impressed with this wood pudy. I normally make my own epoxy fillers for my projects a little sawdust and epoxy and poof you have your filler. but for the present project I needed something that didn't look like something I slapped together for my own uses so I did my research and found P.C. Woody. I was very skeptical at first I've tried other products like this and they either turned yellow or shrunk, cracked, chipped and fell out of the settings. Not this stuff! P.C.Woody not only bonded to the wood it also bonded to the 2" crystal ball I had to place in the setting and it looks like it belongs there. it's been in the setting now for 48 hours and no sign of yellowing of any kind. A peace of 80 grit sand paper smooths out any rough edges really fast to. Pros; Easy to uses, Easy to mix (one to one.) looks like a dark peanut butter, easy to work with, doesn't run. Cons; a scoop of some sort should be provided for a more accurate measurement for both part A and part B each. Also a larger quantity of this product would be handy for bigger projects like boat building. Yes I would recommend this product to my friends. Yes I will be buying more P.C. Woody in the future.

Great for rebuilding rotted out areas
I had a rotting door sill and trim that I rebuilt with this product. It worked great! It does take a full 24 hours to cure completely, but then it is fully sandable and takes an oil primer excellently. My only complaint is that it's very sticky, so is kind of tricky to shape because it sticks to the putty knife and creates drag marks. The solution to this is to overfill a bit and sand it down. There are probably better ways, but that's what I did. In short, I found this product up to my expectations and fully recommend it.

Worked well and is wood color so it doesn't show on the fixed furnature

A little difficult to measure and to work with. The containers it comes in, are very slippery inside, so it does not stick to the interior. However, to mix it, you need a separate container. I have not found yet what can be used to be able to get all the mixed product out easily. It would be very helpful, if it came with the empty container of the same material as product. Or if it was available for purchase separately.
