What's the inside measurements?

10" deep x 18 high x 12 inch of easily usable space. The bottom area has about an inch more than the top half due to the lock. so the bottom half is 11 x 18 x 12. there is a little more space on each measurement if you want to do a lot of manuvering to get stuff in there

It says press 633 to turn off the sound, but it does not work. Is there another button you need to push afterwards? Instructions are very unclear

If the instructions say to use 633 try using * or # after. If that doesn’t work contact the manufacturer through Amazon and they should help you.

Box came in closed saldy, anything I can do?

If your keys are in the safe and it’s locked then return it for a new one. My keys came in with the instructions and were in the box, not the safe. If you do have the keys just pop off the key cover in between the latch and the keypad and use the key to open it.

Is the safe itself fireproof and waterproof or just the bag that is included?

The description says the safe is fireproof and waterproof so I can only assume it is but the bag is fireproof as well. I would say the bag is just an gift to use for extra protection.
