I got this ice pack wrap when an old ankle sprain flared up again, and it really helped. The material is soft and flexible, so even when it’s frozen, it molds nicely around the ankle without feeling like a hard block of ice. The wrap has a smooth, velvety texture on the outside and a thicker gel inside that stays cold for a long time. Once it’s on, it gives that perfect cold compression feeling — tight enough to feel supported but not so tight that it cuts off circulation. It stays in place perfectly. It cools quickly, stays cold, and actually provides relief for swelling, tendon pain, or general irritation. Comfortable, reusable, and so much easier than trying to balance a bag of ice on your ankle.

The gel has all broken up and disintegrated after 2 uses. Very disappointing

Before I bought this item, I tried three other ice packs for my ankle. With two ice packs, I could not get them to stay put on my ankle. The third is similar to this Everlasting Ice RX but did not fit properly and made limited contact with my ankle. Yes, I'd like it to stay cold longer. So I bought a second one and I slip it on when the first loses its chill. A small price to pay for help with persistent ankle pain.

Used this for recovery after a subtalor joint fusion. I kept it in the fridge, so when the swelling got bad, I put it on and it helped relieve the swelling very quickly. It fit well. I'm a size 11, but my foot was swollen, and it still fit. Of course the cold only lasted about 15-20 minutes, but I'd keep it on for another 20 minutes because the compression felt good. Very good quality, it stays in place, no issues. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this ankle ice pack wrap to manage foot and ankle neuropathy overnight, and overall, I’m pretty pleased with it: ✅ What I Liked: Soothing cold therapy: The ice pack provides consistent, gentle cooling that helps relieve aching nerves and swelling overnight. Secure and comfortable fit: The wrap stays in place while sleeping, thanks to snug straps, and it’s surprisingly comfy even when worn for longer periods. Hands-free design: I can keep it on at night without having to hold it in place, which lets me sleep more naturally. Reusable cold pack: The removable gel pack is easy to freeze and swap out whenever needed. ⚠️ What Could Be Better: Wrap thickness: It’s a bit bulky under socks or inside loose bed sheets, which can feel cumbersome for side sleepers. Cold duration: The ice pack cools within the first hour, but the cold doesn’t last through the entire night—though it helps for a solid portion. Sizing: It runs slightly large for my calf, so for long-term overnight wear I wish the fit were a little more tailored. 🛌 Final Thoughts: If you're dealing with foot or ankle neuropathy and looking for a reliable, hands-free ice pack for overnight relief, this wrap is a solid option. It’s not perfect—but it made a noticeable difference for me, and I’d recommend trying it if you’re hoping to ease nerve pain while sleeping.
