This product comes with 3 types of inserts offering a variety of cushioning and lift. The blue base pieces have sticky bottoms to cling to the insole of a shoe and the additional inserts are made to cling to each other as well. I began with the blue because I needed a slight heel lift for plantar fasciitis but I recently added the clear inserts for some extra cushioning as I’m on my feet 5 hours at a time. I am pleased with the results so far! The lift and cushioning help relieve foot/heel pain and my back doesn’t hurt as much at the end of the day. I like the variety offered by this product and the price is definitely budget-friendly.

I broke my femur in two places had as a result of the surgery, my right leg is shorter than my left. I tried several different lifts starting with those clear heel lifts. Those were not as comfortable and didn’t stay in place. These Svowin insoles are much more comfortable and provide better support. Since they are longer, and they stay in place— I don’t have to keep adjusting them. they fit different kinds of shoes. Functionality, comfort and support —Will buy them again!

Great overall. Use them daily. They do slip in the shoe because the sticky side isn't meant to be moved from shoe to shoe but overall have helped me very much with my achilles tendonitis.

Had hip replacement surgery and one leg is now shorter than the other. These heel lifts have jacked me up on the short side and have helped with the back spasms I was having with such poor posture.

My foot moved around too much on these on my shoe, but I think it was my sock material. It was comfortable in my shoe and provided a good lift.

These heel lifts have been a helpful addition to my shoe inserts rotation. The 3-layer design is clever - you can mix and match the stackable pieces to fine-tune the height to your liking, up to a full 1 inch boost. The PU foam and gel material strikes a nice balance between soft cushioning and supportive firmness. I like the honeycomb patterned bottom too - it grips the inside of my shoe pretty well to minimize shifting around. The adhesive does seem to lose some tackiness over time, but washing and air drying perks it back up reasonably well. While they work in most of my shoes, I did find the full 3-layer stack takes up a fair bit of space, so roomier footwear is definitely the way to go there. The color options are handy for matching different shoes and insoles too. All in all, a practical and customizable heel lift option!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It has three layers of adjustment so she can the lift to her needs, which is a huge plus. She’s been using them for a few weeks now, and her heel pain, especially due to Achilles Tendonitis, has significantly improved. The gel cushioning provides extra comfort, making it easier to walk and stand for longer periods as she owns a restaurant she has to be there for 10 hours daily six days a week. Overall, they are comfortable, adjustable, and they work and fit perfectly for her.

Provides adequate lift with ability to stack if needing more lift. I like that they are peelable but the adhesive is not sticky enough so the pads keep sliding down the shoe which defeats the purpose of using it as a heel lift. Not reusable in multiple shoes either due to poor adhesive.
