plenty of stretch, smooth clean look, been using this brand for 4+ years now
I have several covers from Easy-Going. I took a look at my orders, and most of my pieces are 4 years old! I use them on couches that get a lot of wear and tear from big dogs, cats, and humans. They get washed a few times a year, and still look good. SO I was considering putting a recliner back in storage. I had a recliner tucked away in a closet that I pulled out for use in another room, decided against it, and was about to put it back in closet when I decided to incorporate it into my family room with rest of (Easy-Going covered) furniture. The color is pretty, and the chair is in great condition, but I wanted it to be same color as rest of furniture. I figured I would look to see if this brand has a cover for recliners. I wanted to go with this brand as my experience has been very good in terms of look, ease of use, and quality. Happy to see that they do, so I ordered it without looking at any other brand. My recliner is basic. This fits well. Plenty of stretch. Not sure how big a chair can be, but I would say there is plenty of stretch to this material, and it stays in place. There are four pieces. One piece for each arm, once piece for seat/leg rest and one piece the back portion. Comes with instructions that I didnt seen until after I was done, oops. I initially put the back piece on the right way, then I took it off and switched it around. Works in either way, but as of this moment I have it on backwards. Which probably explains why I have some extra material in the back. Dont be afraid to really get your hands into the recliner (I mean, be careful of course). This material can be manipulated to work down in and will stay in place. How well it attached to the back size near the feet will depend on shape of the chair. I like that it includes a pocket on left side of chair. Hole for right side of chair recliner handle seems to be well situated. Plenty of stretch to make it work. Holds onto the foot rest very well. Everything is covered. It works! I'm going with 5 stars at this time. It is close to perfect. I think we all have to accept some wiggle room in this regard. We are all not using it on the same exact chair, but I bet most of us are able to make it work. If it is like any of the other pieces I have from this company, I expect it to last a very long time. If it doesnt, I will be back to update.

Recliner looks new
I think the color matches what was online, although it's light grey so not really a color color. It was easy enough to put on the chair. It fits perfectly on my older lazy boy recliner. I don't think it would do well on an over sized recliner. 🤔 It's soft and stays on very well with constant getting up and sitting back down. I have a puppy and kitten and it is holding up to their torcher.

It looks fine, but...
After wrestling with this thing for over an hour, I finally have the slipcover put on my chair. I don't know who managed to get it done in five minutes, but it sure wasn't me! First, the good stuff: yes, it fits. It's nice and soft, and I have hopes that it will last me a while. Now, the not-so-good stuff: Seriously, it took me well over an hour to put this bugger on the chair! Everything is labeled well, so that was a bonus. The material is pretty stretchy, so even though it was tight, it did fit. BUT the really fun part was attempting to attach the straps underneath the chair. For one thing, trying to figure out just where the cushion straps were was a challenge. First I tried just tucking in the seat cover. Nope. As soon as I got up, so did the cover. So I had to turn the chair over, get a flashlight, and find where the straps were poking into the underside of the chair. Oh, there they are! Uh, okay, now how am I going to reach them? My fingers aren't that long. I finally used a bent paper clip to grab the thing and hook it onto a spring. Crawled over to the loveseat so I could get up. Turned the chair over and did the same on the other side. Found the straps from the back of the slipcover and attached them, but heaven knows if they're in the right place or not. Crawled to the loveseat again and heaved myself upright. It's a little wrinkly in spots, but other than that it looks ever so much better than the chair underneath, which was a 13-year-old microfiber monstrosity. I'll play with the wrinkles a bit. It was either spend $600 for a new chair or thirty bucks for a slipcover. I think I made the right choice. Would I recommend it? At this point, I'd say yes, but I wouldn't count on putting it on the chair in 30 minutes when you're working alone.

Gives your furniture new life!
I’ve had this for 2 months now and it’s been awesome! The ‘pleather’ had started to peel heavily on my well loved furniture but it still had alot of life left. These covers were the perfect solution! Easy to install, super comfortable and I love that you can take them off and wash! Great find!

Great Fit
Fits great with little tugging and pulling. I have feet on my chair; however, I made it work by tucking the corners under the feet and it looks great! The fabric is sturdy and will stand up to the wear and tear of our pets. The color choice was as advertised.

I guess I'll keep it
I ordered this recliner slipcover for a chair that was in perfect shape and is a great color for our room. The main reason I ordered it was because although our chair's fabric is a great color and is in perfect shape, it is a bear to keep clean. It has a nubby texture that has a death grip on any speck of lint you get on it. Being a navy color lint shows very easily. Vacuuming the lint is not an easy task as most of the time you end up hand picking it off the fabric and placing it down the vacuum hose while it's on. One day I decided I'm tired of doing that so I chose this particular cover because of the color and because I have several things made from this type of fabric and I knew what it was and I like it well enough. I did notice before ordering that this is a "frequently returned item" and I think I can understand why. Although I have decided to keep it, this slipcover is not for everyone. First, my chair is on the small side and I ordered the large size, not the extra large size. When I tried fitting the first piece which is the back cover on the chair I thought I am going to have to return it because there was no way I was going to get the back to go down to the bottom of the chair like it shows in the website pictures. I would call that false advertising. The first photo I posted is of my chair without the slipcover. The second photo is of my chair after I put the back piece on. The chair is tilted over on it's front side so I could work with the back side. You can plainly see that this cover only comes down half as far as depicted on the Amazon. You can also see the difference in color which is no fault of the slipcover and while I may prefer the color of my original chair, I'm happy to have found this bluestone color. I debated on ordering a navy color but was afraid it would be too dark. While my chair is more of a navy color, it's a light navy or what I like to call a cadet blue. The last photo is my chair after struggling to get the slipcover on and looking halfway decent. I guess it will do. I know this fabric will be easier to vacuum so that's a plus. Now instead of hand picking the lint off the chair, I can struggle with putting the slipcover back in place! Be aware that because the back side of the chair is so unsightly, that this slipcover will only work if your chair is up against a wall or in a small corner of the room like mine. You will not be happy if the back of your chair shows in your floor plan.

Great fit and easy to install
The Easy Go recliner cover is a great fit for my small recliner and it looks great! My recliner is made for a woman. It has small arms and when fully reclined is shorter than most. This cover fit perfectly! It was very easy to put on when following the step by step instructions. (It only took me 10 minutes to put on and I'm 79 year old woman). The straps that hold the cover in place need to be attached to the underside of the recliner. Turning the chair over is easy when the chair is in the fully upright position. Stand behind the chair and push the top back of the chair forward. I did have a problem finding the "hooks" on my recliner that would hold the covers straps. I never found any "hooks" so I placed the Seat straps on the cover around the back legs of the recliner and the Back straps of the cover around the front legs of the recliner. In the absence of "hooks" this method works perfectly. It stretches the covers just enough to make them smooth but not so much to tear the fabric. There is just a tiny amount of excess fabric on each side of the top back but it is a non issue for me. The fabric is on the thin side but it looks like it withstand daily use for a few years. I will reorder this cover if it is still available. I highly recommend this cover

Great quality, easy to clean and PRETTY!
Just installed my second six-piece set on a little reclining loveseat mostly occupied by big dogs, one of whom likes to dig on other kinds of covers or throws that I've used before. These are easy to install. Very sturdy. Last 2-3 years with lots of doggy paw abuse. Wash nicely when needed. Very happy and have either full slipcovers or cushion covers on most of the furniture my dogs might access. Love these!
