Our guests were very happy with the overall quality
Used in a GSEICE Commercial Ice Cream Maker and we were more than pleased with the flavor, texture and overall quality. Truly a Premium product. We will continue with this brand.

5 ⭐️ better than Frostline!!!!
Hands down better than Frostline soft serve!!!! Smooth and has more of an ice cream flavor compared to frostlines which I’ve really liked in the past but is a bit more icier (less smooth) and less flavorful. I don’t think I’m going to by frostline anymore. Who knows maybe I added too much water in the last batch of frostline. Enjoy 5 ⭐️ for sure.

Restaurant quality flavor
Lives up to its claim. I used this for a wedding and people enjoyed the flavor. We added instant coffee to another batch for a different ice cream choice. Having the ice cream machine chilled at the right temperature does affect its consistency, but the flavor is restaurant quality.

Don't like the taste
It taste like powdered milk to me. So if you don't mind the taste of powdered milk it will taste okay to you, but I don't care for the taste of powdered milk.

Great for our store
We have been using this product for about 6 months and have never had an issue. The quality is good and consistent. Flavor is solid and it make for a great base for our rolled ice cream.

Okay with Caveats
So far, this is just OK. It is sugar-free, but the artificial sweetener has almost 0 taste. It was a hassle converting the measurements from Australian to American. After doing the math, I made 1/6 of the package that weighs in at about 3 pounds in the US. I made the milk and cream adjustments and put in my ice cream maker. I had a pint in about 30 minutes of soft serve that I had to sweeten with some mashed bananas and an artificial sweetener. In a household of two, one of us is diabetic, and this seems to be the best option at the moment.

Great taste
I have a vanilla ice cream since I bought this product . It’s been a whole year now.

Not like the vanilla soft serve from an ice cream shop
I followed the directions and it was fine, but def tastes artificial. Next time I would swap in milk or cream to get a "less icy" texture. They say you can add flavoring but I never made it before and was afraid it would clash. Perhaps some vanilla paste would still work. Overall, better than other brands buy still on my search for an easy soft serve powder that tastes closer to an ice cream shop.
