Had a travertine patio installed. It has underground rain drains to the street. Original covers were matching travertine with slots cut with the installer's diamond blade saw. But the flow capacity was too low. Water pooled trying to drain. I replaced them with these. Perfect fit. MUCH higher capacity. And while they are not travertine, they still look great. (or grate... heh) Totally satisfied.

Very sturdy and heavy. Have to clean the hair catch at least once a week, which is fine. It didn't come with a hook to life it up so it's difficult to get just the right angle. Installation was a bit tricky, and it had a good bit of height, which you don't want for a drain, and the adjustment didn't really do too much. It looks amazing, though!

This floor drain is solidly made and looks exceptionally good installed. Would purchase again. Shipping was super fast and the packaging was very well done to protect the drain from dents and scratches. Not just for showers as I had it installed in my basement floor in the laundry room in case of overflow from the toilet or washer.
