I’ve made my own papardelle, it’s a labour of love, and tedious. I’ve bought store homemade, some good, some ok, and has to be used within week. I use their extruded and their egg pastas. They cook well, and taste great, lovely chewy texture. Certainly better than those more well known brands. Recommended.

Use the Abruzzo pappardelle al dente and mix in butter, parmigiana, and pasta water and you will love the taste. Then add whatever you like as a sauce or just eat it plain. There is nothing quite like it.I love this pasta but beware that it is sometimes is shipped in just a plastic bag. The result, the carefully woven nests of past are broken into pieces. Someone isn’t think this through.

This pasta has incredible flavor. Worth every penny

Has always been my favorite treat but 25$ really hurts now. More pleasures of life I can no longer afford. Used to be 20 which was also hard but worth it. Now, I must pay rent and buy barilla and have allergy every time. So depressing. This was the only brand that didnt trigger my asthma. Such a great recipe and ingredients. I'm so sad 😭

In our area, it is difficult to find pappardelle. This one is excellent.

Excellent pasta and well worth the price

I have ordered this product a few times as it’s not available in my area. It’s always risky to buy pasta online. The product is very good quality, but the shipping packaging is not good. The box had two packages wrapped tight in air bags. Unfortunately they increased in size and actually crushed the pasta, blew out the box. Perhaps they can change shipping materials to cardboard and foam to hold the packages in place.
