Bahco 2058/S26 Bit-Socket Set (26-piece)

Got this set for my transmission rebuilder bf. Works great it tight spaces where it's difficult to use regular tools. Very helpful and used often.

I'm constantly looking for the same bit or socket over and over and having to leave my workspace to go get what I need, and it is so convenient to have the most common items in a small package that I can grab and go. When this product arrived, I was not home. I used a long screwdriver to loosen stainless hose clamps in a tight space. I saw the delivery had been made and wished I had it in hand. This was more expensive than I normally would have considered, but now that I'm at home and have seen the product, it is a game changer for me, working on a boat in tight spaces.

I have used Bahco ratchetting screwdrivers for years and have found them to be of good quality. I bought this set to get the mini ratchetting driver to fit in tight applications with limited room that a normal size screwdriver would not fit in. I bought this set for my husband. He's a wind turbine technician, who uses (abuses) his tools daily. He couldn't believe I listened closely enough during our conversations to know exactly what he wanted, so I got big wifey points and he said the guys at work marveled this set was a gift. The price is surprisingly lower here than other sources I researched. As far as the tools themselves, this set is high quality. Bahco is the company of choice for what my husband does, and I can see why. They are solid, heavy for their size, and have proven to be durable. This is the first time I haven't heard any gritching because a supplemental set was needed. It's versatile, with a good range of bits and sockets. They work great in small spaces.

Seem a little low quality for the parent company, the case is kinda cheap the bit insert isn’t a quick insert.

This is a great little tool box to keep in your desk, drawer or pocket. I have used mine several times in the past week, rather than going to my shop for screwdrivers and sockets.

Very portable kit, with a good selection of bits and sockets. Overall it's 90x100x32 mm, but this is no toy! The ratchet head's diameter is the tiniest I've seen, significantly smaller than the Bosch or Wera, and the bits actually fit up inside it, which makes this Bahco kit the tool of choice for confined access. Bits seem industrial in feel and finish. Robust. The hex extension is excellent, featuring both a mag and ball-bearing mechanism, with a smooth quality to releasing the bits. Love it. One gotcha - the insert that holds the bits is closed-cell foam, as opposed to blow-molded plastic or similar, so I can't imagine this lasting forever. Overall, impressed.
