It does not fit Roku express. The seller returned my money within seconds would defiantly buy from this seller again.

Been needing these mad I didn't buy them sooner.

On the surface, this looks like a cheap, knock-off Roku remote.. and that's exactly what it is! I was initially skeptical due to the looks and the cheap price tag, but with absolutely no setup (apart from throwing in a few AAA batteries) the remote immediately works. No pairing buttons, no on-screen menu to follow, no code, if it's got working batteries you've got a working remote. All of the buttons work exactly how you'd expect, and the app-specific buttons launch their apps too. If you don't have the app that the button corresponds to, Roku will open up the app page to prompt you to download it if you'd like, which I like instead of it automatically installing it.With the positives out of the way, let's get to the quality: it's NOT great. On first look, the "Roku" sticker on the bottom is crooked.. no big deal as I'd probably remove it anyway, but it's indicative of everything else. The buttons have a very mushy feel to them, like a kid's toy, that require you to push in a bit further than I'd like to activate, and without any kind of positive feedback to let you know you actually hit the button (apart from the Roku reacting, obviously). On the note of the buttons, you've got all of the standard buttons, plus app-specific buttons for MGo, Amazon, Netflix, Vudu, Pandora and Crackle, which are really handy and as mentioned, work great. The remote feels very cheap in-hand; most of the weight is from the batteries, and the battery door definitely fits, but I'm not confident that it would survive someone throwing it across the room, or even a drop on a hard surface like tile. In all, it feels like a dollar-store remote. If you look closely at the molded plastic you can even see some spots where the plastic didn't *quite* melt together perfectly, and you can see some swirls.Looking at the function of the remote, the simplicity of it's design is due to it being just that: a basic remote. The reason it just works is because it uses IR, and is in fact just a copy of a Roku remote and uses the publicly available IR codes you'd use on a programmable universal remote. You won't get things like voice or volume control, let alone a power button to control your TV, and performance might not be exceptional. You'll also HAVE to have line-of-sight (ie a clear path) to the Roku, as the IR must be able to reach the Roku. In a way though, the simplicity is a good feature: if you ONLY need a replacement Roku remote and don't use any of the "Enhanced" remote functions (I don't) you're not missing out on anything and can save some cash and can avoid having to set it up. It appears to be a direct replacement for the Roku "Simple" remote, but (at the time of this writing) is only 2/3 the cost, or 1/2 the cost of a voice remote.Overall I would definitely recommend this remote, but it's going to be highly dependent on the use case. I personally don't use any of the fancy features on the "Enhanced" Roku remotes, but the build quality would encourage me to find something a little sturdier. But for someone who isn't picky about how a remote feels, and just wants something that will work out of the box, it's absolutely perfect. I think this is also an excellent replacement if you've got household members who break/lose remotes, and you don't want to shell out big bucks for the fancy one you'll keep losing. This is a remote that someone who is familiar with Roku remotes will probably notice it isn't the real deal, but at the end of the day that isn't going to matter to everyone and could be a really good value to those who don't.

Works with my Roku premiere. Didn't have to pair or set up anything. Just put the batteries in and it works like it should.

Like my title says, I added batteries and worked in seconds with all of my rokus. I currently have a roku ultra LT, 4k, and express and had no issues. Be nice if it had volume or synced with tv like voice remote pro, but as a replacement remote it works great.

Great control, feels like the original one, works perfect no need to do anything but to add batteries. All the keys have the perfect feel and the perfect touch to it. Great product.

Finally a remote that works in the roku express!! Most only work on the roku but this one actually works on our roku express and roku 2. Works great!! Takes 2 aaa batteries not included.

When I purchased this, I thought it was coming with three identical remotes because of the main picture. I was surprised to find out it's only a single remote. I went back to the listing and nowhere does it indicate how many remotes it includes. The only way to determine it was a single remote is that the word "remote" is in the singular tense. For that reason alone I'm giving three stars. The remote works well and easily with a Roku device (not smart tv), so if you only want one remote, this will do.

Lo compré para mi Roku modelo 3900RW, no necesite de vincularlo, o configurarlo, solo con colocarle mas baterías, funciono en automático y solo se programo a mi Roku, creo fue por el infrarrojo que tiene el control. Lo compré para usarlo en México.Los dos primeros botones funcionan, así como todas las flechas y el “ok”, el botón de “*”, así como el de acceso a “Netflix” y “Amazon” también funcionan, los otros no, pero no importa, por su precio, cumple su función.Me regalaron el Roku, pero sin control, así que este producto me saco de apuro.Desconozco si funciona para algún otro modelo de Roku, ya que solo cuento con el mío (3900RW), supongo que solo funciona con los que se menciona en la publicación, así que chequen bien qué modelo es su Roku, ya qué hay diferentes controles para los diferentes modelos de Roku.

Llego en tiempo y muy bien empacado. Sirve perfectamente. No manejo todas las apps que vienen pero con las flechas me desplazo dentro de las mías. Excelente
