Good hardware with a finish blemish.
Solidly built mounting hardware but one piece has a bit of a rough finish. Not a big deal from a functional standpoint but it doesn't look great.

Bolts too short
Did not include new bolts, and the factory bolts aren't long enough. With the bracket installed, the factory bolt/threads will not catch. Include longer bolts!
