I’m only two days in, so I can’t give a real results report yet, but I’m taking this for a reason and I’m sticking with it. My main goal is weight loss support and overall effectiveness. It really helps, my doctor recommended I started taking it and it makes a difference. My only complaint is the taste of the fish oil when your burp, I have to take a mint sweetie afterwards to help. I saw someone said there isn't but there actually is believe me. That's the only thing I don't like about it. But aside from that it's good. I ordered some more because its affordable and it works. The burp after taste is bearable. It says to take 2 a day but I take one and it still helps so the strength seems good. I'm not sure it affects my energy level and the size of the capsule are kinda big but its not hard to swallow.
