Raffel drum was as described. Sturdy and spinned perfectly. The door opening to pull tickets put from is small, but large enough to fit your hand in and pull out a ticket. No complaints and would recommend anyone to buy.

Purchased for After Prom party! Worked perfect!! Smaller than I expected; in turn that is a good thing. Less room to store for next year.

I think it’s an absolutely great product, but it’s pretty difficult to use it if it doesn’t come with the set of keys for it so you can open it... I had to use a smaller personal key to get the door open. I had no option because I had to use it for an event that day. Other than that, it’s a good product.

Great size. Perfect for my need. Some of the tickets clung to the sides. I’m going to try putting a dryer sheet in it to prevent the static cling.
