Hyland's Zen Sleep + Immunity

They taste yummy, and puts me to sleep. It takes about 30 minutes for it to kicknin but I start to feel drowsy within minutes. I usually use 1 gummy because sleep aids have a tendency to make me groggy the next day. However my son takes 2 as directed, sleeps well and wakes up the next day fully charged. It does what it says it will do. I love the fact that it is pork free. So it is a total win for me.

My training and wellness have dramatically improved with this product. I take two before bed every night and it feels like a light switch is flipped within 30 minutes of consumption. I wake up feeling better and I couldn’t recommend them more. I also get the kids version for my children who also love the flavor and it supports us getting them to bed in a timely manner.

Has a good taste but did not seem to help with sleep

I was very careful because different brands w the same mg are all still produced differently. These are my go to ONLY when I want to battle my insomnia. Dose is perfect for effect. Also, it’s my bed time yummy. Worth every penny!

I have been taking these gummies for years and really like them. Not sure if they help me sleep, but they dont hurt and they taste good. The issue is the packaging. I just received my latest bottle and when I opened the bottle, it exploded open. There was pressure built up inside the bottle and when i pulled at the safety tab the tab and a few of the gummies and the safety seal across the room and made a POP noise. This happened one other time a few months ago, but I thought it was just a fluke. But now this is the second bottle. I like the product, but I am not about to get my eye shot out by opening the bottle. Something is seriously wrong. My dog is still shaking from the noise it made thinking it was fireworks. I reached out to the company to let them know the issue I have had twice.

Definitely works. Helps to fall asleep but not necessarily stay asleep… works within 30 minutes.

When I'm having stress and need to sleep, these are my go to. They relax me just enough to help me fall asleep. I do not feel it in the morning either. If you prefer natural medicine, these are for you.

This is my SECOND order of these for sleep… The first bottle I opened the safety seal with my teeth and the bottle pressure exploded nearly giving be a fat lip. I was thinking maybe they were shipped and not pressurized correctly. So, I ordered a second bottle and pulled off the safely seal only to have to pop off and fly across my bedroom like a gun shot. A bit disturbing as I’ve never had a supplement do this before. I had thought the first time was a fluke…. And to have it happen again?! I think I will be finding a different supplement after this. Please, definitely use caution when opening.
