Much better than I expected
I don’t understand why Blueair has so many negative reviews. For us, the Blueair 3350i is the only thing that has worked to a certain degree for my son’s allergies. It works quietly, and if you need it, 20 minutes on maximum speed really freshens up the air. We bought a Bosch, and it broke within months. We bought the famous Philips 3000i, but it didn’t do a thing. The Blueair 3350i doesn’t eliminate all the allergens, but it still does a far better job than either Bosch or Philips.

Love the information you get in the app
I bought an air purifier having moved into a flat near a busy road because I'm conscious that a lot more pollutants will enter my home. This air purifier lets me know exactly what's going on with the air quality, quickly filters out pollutants and let's me see a history of what's been going on. It's relatively inexpensive AND the app allows me to control when it goes on and off. In just hope now that BlueAir will bring it a smaller version for my bedrooms which is also app connected.

Easy to use
Arrived well packaged. Very easy to set up, even installing app was so straightforward.I have put this in my living room near doorway which is permanently open and set it on auto mode. Immediately it’s saying that air quality is great with a blue light showing. It’s very quiet and do not notice any noise at all. The next day I bought a bouquet of flowers which I put in living room, immediately the purifier started working light turned green meaning that air quality was now down to good and fan started as well, noticeable but not loud, after about 20 minutes all returned to normal blue light and silence.Extra information, it does blow out cool air, found by accident in app settings that there is a slightly warmer mode perfect for winter.Have noticed that getting replacement filters might be an issue as most places are sold out currently, however they do last 6/9 months.UpdateHave now used this a few days and have noticed that when I have my wax burner on it immediately goes to red light and fan starts, noise is noticeable but not intrusive, after about 30 minutes unit returnsto blue.

"Clean Air Made Simple: An Honest Review of This Powerful Air Purifier"
Here's the translated review in English:"I must say this air purifier performed beyond my expectations. Although the product was larger than I initially thought, this proved to be an advantage as it provides better air circulation. The weight is quite reasonable, and setup is extremely simple. When I first opened the box, I was concerned when I couldn't immediately see the filters, but then realized they were positioned in the side compartments. Filter replacement is very easy, and it's a big plus that the outer fabric layer is washable. Being able to wash this fabric during the recommended 6-12 month filter replacement period helps extend the product's lifespan.Being able to track filter life through the mobile app and access live support when needed are great features. It's impressive how it operates almost silently, especially in night mode and at low levels. Power consumption is also quite low. Even at high fan settings, it produces a sound similar to an air conditioner, but it's not disturbing. The only shortcoming I noticed is the PM 2.5 sensor's sensitivity seems a bit low. While cooking or sweeping the room, the sensor light stays blue (excellent), though it does respond to cigarette smoke and similar conditions. I think this sensor needs improvement.Overall, it's a successful product I can recommend to anyone who values their health and clean air environment. However, if purchased solely for dust removal, it would be difficult to claim it removes 100% of all dust particles."

This is my 2nd one of same model
Purchased 2nd one. I love these air purifiers due to being smart and better particle filtering than my previous 2 I have had for 4 years. I can defo sense the difference. The pm2.5 sensor works really well. Blow our a candle and as soon as sensor picks up the odour off it goes in to full clearance mode. This device is so quiet and I like the app. Don't hesitate whether you are new to air purifiers or upgrading

Great purifier!
Great purifier. Something i did not realize until nearly 6 months after having the purifier is that the night setting does not turn the lights off which i thought was odd - but i accidentally figured out that if you hold the button down for a few seconds it turns the lights off. Worth knowing if you don't like sleep disruption like me!

Excellent
This is set to auto near our guinea pigs enclosure. It pretty much neutralises any smells and helps with allergens.

Stopped working within two weeks and the air quality monitoring seems poor
Unfortunately I can't recommend this product. I have had a larger, heavy Blueair purifier for many years that has worked well (I still use it!), but this new one was a big disappointment. It looks really nice, but it stopped working within two weeks of buying it and wouldn't turn on anymore. Thankfully I was well within Amazon's returns window so I got a full refund, but reading other reviews suggests that it is much less easy to deal with Blueair directly if you need to use the warranty. You would expect better quality and warranty support for a £150 device. So buyer beware!Aside from that obvious deal-breaking problem of simply not turning on, I am skeptical of the general quality of this purifier in general. It connects to an app that claims to sense how pure the air is and what level of particulates are in the room, but it nearly always just stated that the air was almost perfectly clean.I have since purchased a Philips air purifier and that one really does seem to sense changes in the air quality (and can then turn on automatically to filter the air and clean it). For example, if I make the bed which releases some dust into the air, the Philips one instantly registers a much higher level of PM2.5 particles and starts filtering the air accordingly. The Blueair one didn't seem to notice any changes in our air quality at all.So I would advise going for a Philips or another brand over this one.
