Can I use this for Airsoft?

If your li-po battery is with a white balance XH plug. Then it will be working with it.

Does the charger auto pause charging when battery is full?

I don’t know about auto pause but it does stop charging once the batteries full

Is it normal for the lights to flash red and green really fast with no battery plugged in?
