Great taste
These are the best organic one nuts I have had in awhile. I usually avoid Asian grown pine nuts because of a bitter after taste. These are from Siberia, just north of Mongolia. They are as fine as the best Italian Pignoli nuts I have tasted. I am an amateur chef who makes use of pine nuts for pesto, salads, baking etc. These nuts are excellent when roasted plain at 350 degrees for 7 min or less.

Celiac safe and delicious
I have celiac and can never find gluten free nuts in stores so I had to purchase online. These came vacuum sealed so they were fresh. They didn't have much of an odor. The price is a tiny bit steep for the amount in my opinion, but welcome to having autoimmune diseases and food allergies, nothing is ever cheap. My husband used these to make pesto and it was phenomenal. He made big batches and used about half a bag per batch, and we stuck it in small portions in the freezer so it stays fresh since I can't go through it all before it goes bad. I will definitely be repurchasing once we run out.

Good pine nuts
Very fresh & tasty just as I expected. These are not the really large pine nuts we call pignolies, but are a decent size. Really pleased to be able to get these already shelled. As a kid growing up, my Mom would buy these and we’d sit for hours just shelling, waiting until we had 4 or 5 shelled before we would pop some into our mouths to eat. The shells were very thin but rather tedious to crack due to how small they were. Even tho’ my family is Italian, I never knew they could be used in cooking as we never had them that way. Never acquired a taste for Pesto but do use them in a creamy Pasta Prima Vera and added to a large Romaine dinner salad with lots of fresh goodies & homemade Italian dressing.
