I purchased this thinking it will be a good supplement for daily usage. However I later realised that most of the magnesium forms in this suppliments are like Magnesium oxide ( low absorption) or Magnesium citrate ( laxative effect). There are other forms of magnesium as well that are laxative and the one that is most beneficial- Magnesium bisglycinate (good absorption and no laxative effects) is among the lower magnesium components. Overall its overpriced for low quality stuff. If you are looking for a health suppliment this is not the one for you. If you are looking for a good laxative, go ahead, will work well for you. Though for me this is not what I was looking for.

Thou this os a costly product it is really very good. Body seems to absorb all of it. If my magnesium household is in diblance I have sleeping problems but if I take this I sleept like dead. I don't even have to take it everyday day. Also my fried who is suffering from MS was very happy to have this. She said since she had run out of her magnesium during travel she had a break of intake. But the moment she took thos she felt it how her body relaxed. Of course she need to have it everyday but she was so happy with this that she got a second one before she left.

Pack is only half. Why give such a big box then? Gives false impression of quantity.
